                              RESOLUTION NO. 21284
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                 TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION OF A
                 TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE INTERSECTION OF BAILEY
                 AVENUE AND CENTRAL AVENUE, STATE CONTRACT NO.
                 STP-H-2(33).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with the Tennessee Department of
       Transportation relative to installation of a traffic signal at 
the
       intersection of Bailey Avenue and Central Avenue, State Contract
       No. STP-H-2(33).
